In many instances a transition will require that interfaces be built between the ticketing system or other tool used by Capgemini and that of another service provider or one that the Client has. The design for these interfaces is created by the Technology And Infrastructure Lead in collaboration with the Technology And Infrastructure Lead from the Client or other service provider based on the detailed and approved requirements that were gathered during that phase of the transition. The design should be created as early as possible in order to allow sufficient time to test thoroughly. |
